Border Patrol agents from the Hebbronville Border Patrol station arrest 10 subjects involved in an alien smuggling attempt near Hebbronville, Texas.
The incident occurred early April 8, when agents responded to a report from the Jim Hogg County Sheriff’s Office of a bailout from a vehicle possibly involved in alien smuggling activity at a ranch near Hebbronville. When agents arrived, they apprehended 10 individuals that had attempted to abscond into the brush.
An immigration inspection revealed that they were illegal aliens from the countries of Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. All individuals were in good health and were processed accordingly. The vehicle utilized in the alien smuggling attempt was seized by the United States Border Patrol.
