6:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m. —  District 5 Council Member Nelly Vielma will host a town hall meeting at the City of Laredo Fire Administration Building, first floor, located at 616 E. Del Mar Blvd., Laredo, Texas 78041.

6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Weather permitting) District 1 Council Member Rudy Gonzalez hosts Fall Harvest Festival at Independence Hills Regional Park located at 1102 N. Merida Dr., Laredo, Texas 78046. Dress up for a costume contest or take some photos at the pumpkin patch. If you’re brave enough, take a walk through the haunted house. Movies in the Park starts at 7:30 p.m. where we’ll be showing Disney’s “Hocus Pocus.” Bring your lawn chairs or picnic blankets!
